TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Ⅰ. ADMISSION & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

​

  • A VALID TICKET is required for entry. Digital or physical tickets must be presented at the organiser table.

  • All attendees will receive an OFFICIAL WRISTBAND. It must be worn, visible, and undamaged at all times.

  • Anyone without BOTH a valid ticket AND wristband will be refused entry to screenings, Q&As, signings, and all festival areas.

  • UNDER‑18s ARE NOT PERMITTED ENTRY.

  • Essential carer tickets may be issued with prior agreement and supporting evidence.

Ⅱ. SCREENINGS & SEATING

​

  • All screenings and Q&As operate on a FIRST‑COME, FIRST‑SERVED basis.

  • A ticket DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SEAT for any specific screening or Q&A.

  • Late entry may be restricted at the discretion of organisers or venue staff.

Ⅲ. GUEST APPEARANCES, AUTOGRAPHS & PHOTOGRAPHS

​

  • Guest appearances are SUBJECT TO CHANGE due to work commitments or health.

  • Organisers will attempt to secure a suitable replacement if a guest cancels.

  • Autographs may be purchased at the WORLD WIDE WEIRD TABLE (cash preferred).

  • Autograph prices are SET BY THE GUESTS, not the organisers.

  • One payment equals one autograph.

  • Limited table selfies may be permitted AT THE GUEST’S DISCRETION as a free addition to an autograph purchase.

Ⅳ. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & MEDIA CONSENT

​

  • Personal photography is permitted.

  • Professional photography or videography requires ORGANISER APPROVAL.

  • By attending, you grant full permission for organisers to CAPTURE, USE & PUBLISH your image, voice, or likeness for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes WITHOUT COMPENSATION.

Ⅴ. SAFETY, SECURITY & CONDUCT

​

  • Organisers reserve the right to REMOVE OR REFUSE ENTRY to anyone behaving aggressively, dangerously, or inappropriately.

  • Weapons, dangerous items, controlled substances, or prohibited materials are NOT ALLOWED.

  • Bag searches may be conducted when necessary.

  • Lumiere Cinema and the organisers may ALTER, DELAY, OR STOP the event in emergencies (fire, severe weather, safety concerns) without notice.

Ⅵ. TICKETING & REFUNDS

​

  • All ticket purchases are NON‑REFUNDABLE, except in the case of FULL FESTIVAL CANCELLATION.

  • If the festival is cancelled entirely, all tickets will be refunded in full.

  • Refunds are NOT offered for individual guest cancellations, schedule changes, or missed screenings.

Ⅶ. DATA PROTECTION

​

  • Personal data (emails, contact details) will be used ONLY for World Wide Weird Film Fest communications.

  • Data will NOT be shared with third parties.

​

Ⅷ. LIABILITY & PERSONAL PROPERTY

​

  • Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

  • Organisers and Lumiere Cinema accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

  • Attendance is at your own risk; organisers are not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

​

Ⅸ. PROGRAMME CHANGES

​

  • Organisers may modify the programme, schedule, venue layout, or guest list at any time.

  • Changes may occur without prior notice.

 

Ⅹ. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

​

  • By purchasing a ticket and attending, you agree to all Terms & Conditions.

  • Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
