WHO WE ARE?

WHAT WORLD WIDE WEIRD FILM FEST IS ?

World Wide Weird Film Fest is a film screening event dedicated to showcasing lesser known 60s, 70s and 80s cult horror films from around the world, while alsointroducing exciting modern indie entries.

World Wide Weird has been consistently running screening with Q&As  since 2015 making us one of the longest running horror film events in the UK

During this time our primary drive  has been to give fellow cinephiles a comfortable friendly space  while at the same time hosting actors and filmmakers from the films we love.

With our move to the Lumiere we endevour to keep our tradition while bringing our unique style to a new community of  genre fans.

Festival Fun

Our festival promises to be a memorable experience for every cult horror lover with a taste for the bizzare.

Screenings & Q&A

We aim to screen the best versions of films to highlight the work of our guests. The screenings are held in a full sized cinema with comfortable seating and full dolby surround sound.

Screenings begin with an introduction  and finish with indepth career interviews, individual film analysis, led by experienced film historians with the opportunity for fans to ask their own questions.

Signings with GUESTS

Guests have their own table for fan signings and table side selfies. This gives fans a unique opportunity to meet and greet people who in some cases are making their first appearance in the UK.
